【Job Description】
-Oversee the MT4 server and trading platform
-Head and direct the sales department
-Diligently control and adjust trading systems
-Report to the board
-Head staff and coordinate activities within and out of the company
-Bring put marketing strategies and work with liquidity providers
-Hedge trades and monitors the system to avoid fraud or problems
-Head the sales team

【JOB REQUIREMENTS】
English : Business Level
-10+ years experience in forex trading and risk management in forex
-Good mastery of MT4 back office platform
-Perfect mastery of current desk, metaquotes, and other trading platforms
-BSC in any related fields
-Good knowledge of forex risk management and market trends
-Good forex reporting skills
-Proficiency of English both speaking and writing
-Flexible and fast learner person
-Good leadership and management skills.
